Need help getting your printables printed and assembled? Some helpful tips below!

You’ve downloaded the files. Now what? If you need help printing and assembling your printables these tips are for you.

Many printable files are editable. Use the free program, Adobe Reader, to add in your personalization. Open the document in Adobe Reader and fill out the form fields. Once your text is added be sure to save. You are now ready to print your files.

The majority of my printables can be printed on a home printer, but you can also send to a copy shop, such as Staples. It is recommended to print all printables on white card stock, unless otherwise specified.

▶︎ Invitations – Print on heavy card stock. Most of the invites are set up for two to a page; print and trim.

▶︎ Place Cards and Food Tent Cards – Print on card stock. Cut out tent cards and fold.

▶︎ Cupcake Toppers/Small Party Circles – Print on card stock and cut by hand or with a 2 inch circle punch. Use tape, hot glue or permanent glue dots to attach them to lollipop sticks. For a finished look, attach circles on both sides.

▶︎ Tags – Print on card stock or full sheet sticker paper and cut out tags.

▶︎ Banner – Print and cut out banner pieces. Use a hole punch to make holes in the top corners of each panel. Tie the panels together with ribbon or bakers twine by running the ribbon through each hole to connect them.

▶︎ Straw Flags – Print on card stock paper or full sheet sticker paper and cut, apply around straw or toothpicks and secure with glue, if using paper.

▶︎ Water Bottle Labels – Print on card stock or full sheet sticker paper. Cut them out and apply with tape if using paper. If you do not print on water resistant paper, apply and serve on room temperature bottles so the colors don’t run.

▶︎ Cupcake Wrappers – Print on paper or laser paper and cut, Secure with clear tape.

▶︎ Wine labels or Champagne Labels – Print on full sheet sticker paper and apply to bottle. For wine bottles, straight bottles work better than tapered.

▶︎ Napkin Rings – Print on regular paper or laser paper and secure with clear tape

▶︎ Posters/Backdrops – Print at an office supply store such as Vista Print, Staples, Costco Printing, or  Vivxy Printing.

▶︎ Large Party Centerpiece Circles – Print on card stock and attach to 8 inch or longer lollipop stick using tape or glue dots.

▶︎ Candy Wrappers – Print on card stock paper and secure with tape.

▶︎ Photo Props – Print on heavy card stock. Cut out props with scissors or a cutting machine like Cricut or Silhouette Cameo. Secure with tape to a large lollipop stick.

▶︎ Placemats – Print on 11×17” paper (order at Staples if your printer cannot print this size).

▶︎ Iron-on Images – Print on iron-on paper for colored or white fabric. Follow the directions of your iron-on paper to see if you need to print the image regular or reverse.
