Christmas Gift Wrap Party Ideas
My friend and fellow blogger, Holly, from Legally Crafty inspired these printables with punny rap lyrics, which she used to decorate her holiday gift wrap party. Get inspired and read on for a few tips.
I absolutely love the festive bow backdrop she created using Christmas bows in a variety of sizes.
Gift Wrapping Supplies
Before your party be sure to make a list of supplies needed. This printable checklist is handy when you are out shopping for supplies and can be displayed as party decor.
I’ve curated a list of awesome Christmas gift-wrapping supplies on Amazon to help you save time during the busy holiday season.
Alternatively, if you want guests to bring a certain item, you could check off the item and hand this out to your guests along with the invite.Â
I love to choose complementary gift wrap for under my tree. You could go with a few different options and styles so each gift giver can pick their favorite look or choose a color scheme and ask each guest to bring their own paper or supply as designated in the checklist.

Gift Wrap Station
It’s easiest to wrap on a table so push the furniture out of the way and pull out some folding tables.Â
Provide space for each gift wrapper and designate an area for finished gifts. You don’t want any holiday gift mix-ups!
You could create a little caddy of supplies at each station or provide everything on a single table for gift wrappers to grab what they need.
Have enough scissors and tape for each guest so that nobody has to wait.Â
Snacks and Drinks
While I love putting together a thoughtful spread of delicious bites, you have enough going on during the busy holiday season. Keep it easy with store-bought snacks or ask guests to bring something to share.
This could be as easy as asking each guest to bring their favorite cheese, charcuterie meat, or cracker to make individual charcuterie boards.
For dessert, store-bought cupcakes can be dressed up with the printable party circles. Pick up some festive macarons or order custom sugar cookies from a local baker that match the decor.
For small groups, choose one signature cocktail (even better if you can make a batch) and then open some champagne, red wine, and fun non-alcoholic options to create a self-serve station. Â
Holiday Tunes
Turn on some fun tunes that match the vibe of the party and get wrapping. I found this awesome playlist from One King’s Lane on Spotify, which is full of rap and Christmas classics.
