Harry Potter Honeydukes Sweet Shoppe dessert table with printable candy jar labels for Acid Pops, Fizzing Whizzbees, Chocolate Wands, and Jelly Slugs on a black tablecloth with Hogwarts house color table runners

You know what makes a Harry Potter party feel truly magical? It’s not the balloon garland (though that helps). It’s not the cake. It’s the moment someone reads “Fizzing Whizzbees” on a jar of gumdrops and completely loses it.

That’s the whole power of these Harry Potter Honeydukes printables. A bag of lemon drops becomes Acid Pops. Pocky sticks become Chocolate Wands. Gummy worms? Jelly Slugs, obviously. The candy itself is totally ordinary — the label is what transports everyone straight to Diagon Alley.

This free printable set includes the Honeydukes Sweet Shoppe sign, a Quidditch Pitch “catch a snitch!” sign, and Harry Potter candy labels you can print at home and use on any apothecary jar or candy dish.

Whether you’re throwing a full Harry Potter birthday party or just want a themed dessert corner at your next gathering, this set does all the work for you.

What you’ll love about this printable set:

  • Candy labels means a full, generous spread. No scrambling to fill the table — there are enough labels to cover every corner of your Honeydukes display, from Acid Pops to Ton Tongue Toffee.
  • The candy is all grocery store finds. Lemon drops, gummy worms, Pocky sticks, gumdrops — nothing exotic, nothing hard to source. The magic is entirely in the label.
  • Two bonus signs make the setup feel like a real shop. The Honeydukes Sweet Shoppe sign and the Quidditch Pitch sign add instant atmosphere without any extra effort.
  • The chalkboard-style labels look polished on any jar. Apothecary jars, mason jars, glass bowls — these labels work with whatever you already have.
  • It’s free. Just sign up for the free printable library and print as many as you need.

The Honeydukes Sweet Shoppe Sign

The Honeydukes Sweet Shoppe sign is the anchor of the whole display — it immediately tells guests where they are and sets the tone for everything on the table.

I displayed mine in a simple white frame, positioned to the left of the candy jars so it’s the first thing you see when you approach the table. The pink candy-drip design at the top is very on-brand for Honeydukes and adds a fun pop of color against the black tablecloth.

Honestly, even if you only print one thing from this set, print the Honeydukes sign. It does a lot of heavy lifting for how simple it is.

The Quidditch Pitch Sign

The second sign in the set is a little bonus that I love just as much as the Honeydukes sign: a “Quidditch Pitch — catch a snitch!” sign with a golden snitch illustration.

I displayed this one on the tiered stand behind the chocolate frogs and chocolate wands, and it gave the whole dessert table a second focal point. It’s a fun nod to the Golden Snitches on the table (more on those in a minute!) and adds a little extra Hogwarts energy beyond just the candy shop theme.

Print it, frame it, and let it do its thing.

A Note on the Golden Snitches:

The Golden Snitches are my favorite thing on this table and they’re the easiest DIY you’ll ever do. Grab some Ferrero Rocher, print and cut the snitch wings from this free template on the Party Delights blog, and use the little Ferrero Rocher sticker already on the chocolate to secure the wings in place. That’s it. They look incredible and everyone at the party will ask how you made them.

The Harry Potter Candy Labels

Here’s where the fun really starts. This set includes 11 Harry Potter candy jar labels, all in the same chalkboard-style ornate frame design. Each one names a candy from the wizarding world, and below you’ll find exactly what to buy to fill each jar.

Tips for Setting Up Your Honeydukes Display

A few things that make a big difference when you’re pulling this together:

  • Use apothecary jars. They look the part — a little old-fashioned, a little magical. Mix jar sizes for visual interest: taller jars for the gummy worms and gumdrops, shorter ones for the lemon drops and toffee.
  • Print the labels on cardstock. Regular printer paper works in a pinch, but cardstock gives them a much sturdier, more polished look. Trim close to the edge and use a glue dot or small piece of double-sided tape to attach them directly to the jar.
  • Add height variation. Stack a small box or a few books under your tablecloth before you set up. Getting some jars higher than others makes the whole display look more styled with almost no effort.
  • Let the Quidditch sign earn its spot. I put mine on a tiered cake stand behind the smaller candy jars — it becomes a built-in backdrop that doesn’t take up any table space.
